Training Customized for You
The mandatory two-week training course at our Minnesota corporate office covers everything you’ll need to open, operate, and grow your business. Topics include club operations, hiring and training, marketing, and more. While at least one signer on your franchise agreement is required to attend, we encourage all partners to participate in training. As the owner, you are not required to have any previous fitness industry experience. Entrepreneurial drive and business acumen are much more important than industry or business ownership experience. In fact, we have several successful franchisees who came into the system with next to no knowledge of fitness or the industry.
After opening, you’ll receive a detailed operations manual that covers every aspect of running and growing your business. You will also receive ongoing, one-to-one support from your Franchise Consultant (c2i) at the corporate office. They are the tip of the spear when it comes to support, as they will serve as your first point of contact to a robust corporate team of experts in operations, marketing, staff management, and more. Other training assets include:
- An online learning academy.
- Quarterly regional training sessions know as Vitals.
- Our annual franchise conference.
Owner training is included in your initial franchise fee. You will only need to pay for your airfare and lodging for the week.
